How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your delivery status.

Step 3: Check Your Order Status

If you have an account with us, you can also log in and view your order history and status directly from your account dashboard.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing

Please note that orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

My Tracking Number Isn't Working

If your tracking number isn't showing results yet, don't worry — it can take up to 24-48 hours after your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Please check back after this time.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors or building management in case the package was left with them
  • Check all entry points to your home, including porches, garages, and mailboxes
  • Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation email
  • Check the tracking status for any delivery exception notices

If you've completed these steps and still can't locate your package, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
